Lowest Price Guarantee
Terms & Conditions
Our Lowest Price Guarantee applies to contact lenses, sunglasses and eyewear supplied through authorised Australian distributors and suppliers. To qualify for a price match, the competitor's price must be for the same genuine product, in stock, and offered by an Australian-authorised stockist selling locally supplied stock.
The guarantee does not apply to products sourced from overseas suppliers or grey-market or parallel-import channels. Because authorised Australian distributors do not permit price matching against overseas, grey-market or parallel-imported stock (which may not carry a local warranty and cannot be verified as genuine), we are unable to match prices from retailers sourcing their contact lenses, sunglasses or eyewear this way.
The guarantee excludes clearance, run-out, ex-display and second-hand items, bundle or member-only pricing, and pricing errors. We reserve the right to verify any competitor price before approving a match.
